Chemical Inventory Management
When dealing with chemical products, it is important to maintain a management
plan that takes into account security, safety, and regulatory requirements.

chemical storage requirements (i.e. segregation, temperature controls),
verify proper labeling and storage, maintain MSDS sheets, record keeping,

Field and Permitting Services
If your facility is involved with the disposal of waste streams, you are
required to obtain and maintain permits for discharge to air, groundwater,
surface water, or across land surfaces via erosion control measures. We
work with regulatory agencies to obtain environmental permits, conduct
waste stream sampling for chemical analysis, and complete reports that
meet your required schedule for submittal to the appropriate regulatory
agency. In the event discharge exceeds the permitted requirements, 4QR
will provide prompt notification to you and work to devise a practical
solution to satisfy permit goals, limiting future penalties and liabilities.

Risk Based Corrective Action
If you have a reported incident or substance release, 4QR Environmental
Solutions, Inc. will consider a practical, effective approach to bring
your facility to a “No Further Action Required” status. The
approach will evaluate receptors such as utility conduits, drinking water
resources, surface water bodies, and other potential pathways that could
cause a contaminant to come into human contact. Once receptors and potential
pathways are evaluated, mathematical calculations and/or computer fate
and transport modeling can be used to determine the risk and evaluate
the best alternatives for remediation and/or monitoring of the contaminant.
Risk based corrective action can thus be used to avoid costly remediation
or to reduce the extent of remediation where limited risks to human health

Environmental Sampling and Monitoring
Whether you require periodic sampling of waste streams for permitting
or regulatory reporting, or have a one-time sampling for assessment or
property divestiture, 4QR Environmental Solutions, Inc. can devise a sampling
protocol that meets your needs. We can perform groundwater quality field
measurements (i.e. pH, conductivity, turbidity, dissolve oxygen) or low-flow
purge methods prior to groundwater sampling. For air, organic vapor readings,
pressure, and flow measurements can be collected in the field. Soil borings
can be logged and soil samples field screened for various parameters such
as lower explosive limits, organic vapors, or moisture content. Samples
collected for analysis will be submitted to state-certified laboratories,
with the laboratory results and applicable field data summarized in a
monitoring report for submittal to the appropriate regulatory agency or

site-specific information necessary to complete the remedial design through
aquifer studies, soil tests, pilot tests, biological reduction properties,
etc. A reconnaissance visit at the site is performed by one of our key
personnel involved in the design, while we also conduct a detailed project
review and pre-construction meeting onsite to incorporate any site-specific
details ahead of time so the remedial and construction phases are implemented

Remediation, Operation, and Maintenance

Since each remedial system is built to specific site criteria, with new
and improved innovations always being incorporated into equipment, our
staff works with the equipment manufacturing companies to establish an
understanding of the remedial system through project management, site
meetings, and training. We maintain a schedule for maintenance to minimize
disruption and regularly review flow measurements, temperature readings,
pressure status, etc. to verify the remedial system is operating at optimum
performance. When a site has minimal contamination, we can perform mobile
remediation services. Through periodic sampling of the remedial system
and surrounding observation points, we monitor remediation to evaluate

Waste Identification, Packaging, and Disposal
4QR Environmental Solutions, Inc. can assist you with determining properties
needed for non-hazardous or hazardous disposal, or sampling unknown waste
containers to identify suspect constituents. Furthermore, industries,
manufacturing facilities, and governments are required to document the
chemical properties and identity of their waste streams before proper
transport, treatment, storage, and disposal. A member of the 4QR team
can collect a sample of a substance to analyze properties such as flash
point, pH, toxicity, corrosivity, etc., or conduct a TCLP or specific
analysis that can be used to evaluate the appropriate storage and disposal
procedures. Then, we can safely and efficiently containerize the constituent
with appropriate security, storage, and labeling. We complete the manifests
and arrange the disposal through our extensive network with disposal facilities,
