About Us & Our Commitment4QR is committed to providing environmental and safety
consulting services that are designed “for you” by implementing
a scope of work that is on target with your goals and objectives. Customer
satisfaction is very important to us. We are a service-oriented company
that strives to provide the best quality through careful planning, organization,
accuracy, and thoroughness. We strive to earn our client’s trust
and respect by constantly focusing on the results as our projects reach
“No Further Action Required (NFAR)” status or total compliance.
Since our founding in March 2004, we have implemented best practice environmental and safety solutions that have received NFAR at contaminated sites throughout Georgia and South Carolina. The backbone of our work has been performing corrective action activities for leaking underground storage tank (UST) facilities. We have worked with regulators and fuel station owners/operators to bring leaking UST sites to NFAR status while also satisfying GUST and SUPERB Fund requirements in the applicable state reimbursement programs. We have investigated multiple properties for real estate transactions where Phase I and/or Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) were completed to determine potentially environmental concerns for due diligence. Our experience in hazardous waste management includes contracting as a Tiered Contractor for field chemistry where waste drums were categorized by characteristics for disposal at a Superfund site. 4QR has also provided services such as environmental audits, OSHA safety training, hazardous waste identification, characterization, and much more. Our services are available to a wide range of clients including gasoline station owners, financial institutions, colleges, government entities, poultry farms, chemical plants, steel fabricators, plastic manufacturers, and other industries. At 4QR, we believe that training and staying involved in professional
groups and organizations helps us to maintain the highest level of quality.
These professional groups allow us to interact with peers in our profession
and with regulators so we keep abreast of current environmental and
safety issues. In addition, we understand doing business is more than
just the ability to perform but also includes obtaining business skills
through seminars, conferences and other programs that help us serve
our clients better. To keep knowledgeable about due diligence for Phase
I and II ESAs, we have gone to renowned seminars provided by such companies
as ASTM and EDR. We maintain awareness in environmental and safety compliance
through programs offered through OSHA outreach divisions and various
national associations. By attending Risk Based Corrective Action (RBCA),
groundwater modeling, and remediation conferences, we keep up-to-date
on the latest regulations and technology to proficiently handle leaking
UST and other polluted cleanup projects. We are also committed to local
business stability through memberships in Chambers of Commerce and organizations
such as the local New-Roc Charter Chapter of the American Business Women’s
Association. |
